Alpina's Series

Alpina has divided its collection into 7 series, considering exactly what you are looking for and your specific needs.

Elite 3.0

The Elite 3.0 series features the lightest and most responsive cross-country ski boots in the world. For the first time in Nordic ski racing, air circulation keeps the foot dry while maximizing power transfer. They are also more environmentally friendly, as they are the first boots made without PVC, replaced with more sustainable materials.

The Elite 3.0 design was developed by carefully listening to top athletes. And they have already given us the best response – Stina Nilsson, Linn Svahn, Hans Christer Holund, and many others have won world-class gold medals wearing Alpina’s award-winning boots.

The innovation in this series lies primarily in the sole, developed and produced by Alpina.

The sole for skate technique has higher blocks at the heel (compared to classic technique soles), and the front blocks are angled 45 degrees toward the length of the sole, improving torsional stability. It also features an insert made from a dynamic responsive plastic material and carbon fiber, enhancing longitudinal stiffness and dynamic response.

The classic technique sole differs by the positioning of the metal axle, which attaches the boot to the ski binding. This axle is moved 10 mm forward, improving the kick phase by making ski-snow contact easier and more efficient. This results in a stronger push-off and extended ski-snow contact, crucial for classic skiing.
